Position OverviewRevenue Growth Management (RGM) is a critical value creation lever. This role sits at the center of how we architect pricing, pack, and promotional decisions to drive profitable growth across brands, channels, and retailers.
They are seeking a highly analytical and commercially sharp RGM Manager to accelerate and embed best-in-class RGM capabilities across the organization. This individual will lead high-impact pack, pricing and trade investment analytics that drive measurable improvements in net revenue, gross margin and promotional ROI, while building scalable, data-driven frameworks that enable faster, smarter commercial decisions.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. This individual will dive deep into data, challenge assumptions, build analytical robust models, evaluate tradeoffs across price, volume and margin, and translate output into clear business decisions. They will operate with ownership and autonomy, working closely with Brand, Sales, Finance and serving as a trusted analytical partner to commercial leadership.
As they continue to advance their capabilities, this role will help operationalize analytical tools, dashboarding, automation, and AI-enabled analytics to strengthen rigor, quality, consistency and decision speed.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead analytics of pricing, pack architecture, and promotional strategies across brands and retailers to identify revenue and margin opportunities
- Translate price elasticity models and competitive insights into pricing and trade investment strategies
- Develop structured, scalable decision frameworks that guide how commercial investments are evaluated and deployed
- Build scenario analyses (e.g., price changes, promotional depth/frequency, mix shifts) to support planning and customer strategies
- Embed RGM analytics into annual planning, forecasting, and retailer strategy discussions
- Advance reporting from descriptive to predictive and scenario-based analytics.
- Support the development and evolution of dashboarding and digital RGM tools that increase transparency and decision speed.
- Build, operationalize, and embed AI-enabled analytical approaches into everyday commercial decision-making.
- Drive adoption of modern analytics tools and ensure outputs are actionable and consistently utilized across teams
- Consolidate, track and analyze key pricing, promotional intensity, and competitive KPIs.
- Lead pre- and post-event promotional evaluation to continuously improve ROI.
- Identify performance risks and opportunities within trade investments early and recommend actions to improve efficiency and margin delivery.
- Drive consistency and clarity in how commercial levers are managed across brands and chan
nels.
- Translate complex analysis into concise, executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
- Influence stakeholders through data-backed recommendations.
- Challenge assumptions and elevate the quality and rigor of commercial decision-making
- Continuously evaluate both “what” we do and “how” we do it, identifying ways to simplify and strengthen commercial processes.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, technologically fluent beyond traditional Office tools, and energized by turning analytics into measurable business impact.
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in RGM, Pricing, Trade Strategy, or related analytical roles with in CPG
- Experience developing omni-channel pricing, pack architecture, and promotional strategies.
- Advanced analytical capabilities: build models and derive insights from large, complex datasets
- Experience with data visualization or analytics tools beyond Excel (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or similar) strongly preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L orientation
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations
