As a Chief Estimator you will have an oversight of estimating staff and estimates, site reviews, and customer interactions related to the project. Work closely with the Divisional Management team regarding current and upcoming opportunities. Compile, analyze, and present estimating and historical project cost. Critical for success is the ability to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, 8+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of estimating and scheduling software (HCSS, B2W)
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
- Position requires around 25% travel for jobsite visits, pre-bid meetings, and pre-construction meeting
