• Oversee estimating staff and estimates, site reviews, and customer interactions related to the project.
• Work closely with the Divisional Management team regarding current and upcoming opportunities.
• Compile, analyze, and present estimating and historical project cost.
• Embodies corporate culture in all interactions, demonstrating professionalism and excellence in customer service.
• Maintain strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, 8+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of estimating and scheduling software (HCSS, B2W).
• Valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Position requires around 25% travel for jobsite visits, pre‑bid meetings, and pre‑construction meetings.
