- Oversee estimating staff and estimates, site reviews, and customer interactions related to the project.
- Work closely with the Divisional Management team regarding current and upcoming opportunities.
- Compile, analyze, and present estimating and historical project cost.
- Embodies corporate culture in all interactions, demonstrating professionalism and excellence in customer service.
- Maintain strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- You thrive in fast‑paced environments under tight deadlines.

- You are a result‑driven individual who is self‑motivated.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, 8+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of estimating and scheduling software (HCSS, B2W).
- Valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
- Position requires around 25% travel for jobsite visits, pre‑bid meetings, and pre‑construction meetings.
