Healthcare Customer Service Representative ON SITE

TEKsystems is hiring a fully ON SITE Healthcare Customer Service Representative in the White Plains area.

Candidates must be flexible to work 11am-8pm shift after training and have weekend flexibility.

• Field calls from clients & customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
• Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day
• Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call
• Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
• Inbound phone calls
• Pension plans, Disability,
• High volume calls
• Enter customer information
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a high volume call switchboard environment
• Ability to answer with a defined script and an enthusiastic manner and time
• Multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Plains, NY. Workplace Type: fully onsite.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
