• Meet, greet, and direct residents and guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Verify and record visitor information accurately.
• Answer calls professionally and assist callers with directions or instructions.
• Receive and process incoming mail/packages efficiently.
• Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
• Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors.

• Proven customer service experience.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on professionalism.
• Outgoing and personable attitude.
• Basic computer and typing skills.

• Part Time
• Mornings: 7 AM - 3 PM (Wednesday)
• Afternoons: 3 PM - 11 PM (Thursday/Friday)

Compensation: $17 per hour
