WhatYou'll Do:
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
- Answer and route a high volume of incoming calls.
- Assist clients, vendors, and internal team members throughout the day.
- Process, scan, and organize incoming documents and mail.
- Enter and maintain information within the firm's case management system.
- Support attorneys and legal teams with administrative and operational tasks.
- Help ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from their first interaction with the firm.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a professional, team-first approach.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning new technology and software systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer service, healthcare, legal, hospitality, or administrative environment preferred.
- Legal or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.
