This is more than a traditional front desk role—it's an opportunity to be the first impression of a growing law firm while helping clients through what is often a difficult time in their lives. What

You'll Do:
  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
  • Answer and route a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Assist clients, vendors, and internal team members throughout the day.
  • Process, scan, and organize incoming documents and mail.
  • Enter and maintain information within the firm's case management system.
  • Support attorneys and legal teams with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Help ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from their first interaction with the firm.
What We're Looking For:
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a professional, team-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in a customer service, healthcare, legal, hospitality, or administrative environment preferred.
  • Legal or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.
