In this role, you will:
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications while coordinating schedules for Service Professionals
- Guide customers through their projects, recommend solutions, and help set clear expectations
- Build lasting customer relationships by delivering outstanding service using the proven Mr. Handyman process
Performance in this position is evaluated through:
- Quality of work and attention to customer needs
- Customer satisfaction and overall service experience
- Efficiency, organization, and timely task completion
The ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 2 years of office experience

Pay for this position ranges from $23–$30 per hour plus bonuses, depending on experience.
