In this role, you will:

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications while coordinating schedules for Service Professionals
• Guide customers through their projects, recommend solutions, and help set clear expectations
• Build lasting customer relationships by delivering outstanding service using the proven Mr. Handyman process

Performance in this position is evaluated through:

• Quality of work and attention to customer needs
• Customer satisfaction and overall service experience
• Efficiency, organization, and timely task completion

Pay for this position ranges from $23–$30 per hour plus bonuses, depending on experience.
