Position OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you are the first impression of our company. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, assist with dispatch coordination, and ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and cared for.
Your voice sets the tone for the entire customer experience.
