Part Time Receptionist at European Luxury Day Spa

Job Description
European Luxury Day Spa is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team.

Must have experience at front desk and with any booking system. As our front desk receptionist you must be warm, friendly, and a team player. This position requires multitasking, answering phones, and checking in and out guests. Fluent English and excellent spelling skills are required.

Days that are required are:
Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.

• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to be efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have weekend availability.

• Be on time for shift and maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.
• Properly open and close the spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Accurately book, change, and cancel spa appointments.
• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the spa.
• Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation.
• Make sure that the waiting and reception area is always clean.
