Marketing Assistant

A sports marketing company in Westchester is working to gather and verify a large amount of data about sport facilities in the U.S. and is looking for assistance in this process.

The employee will be responsible for verifying the quality and quantity of data that has been gathered and using resources available (telephone, internet, regional office contacts) to ensure that information is accurate. The job will require good telephone skills, internet research skills, and excellent organizational skills. The positions also requires good Microsoft Office Suite skills.

• Assist with processing and billing related inquiries regarding memberships, upgrades and renewals.
• Will also center around troubleshooting new online member registration process.
• Receive, evaluate and respond to escalated customer service issues and member correspondence; elevate or redirect matters as needed.
• Handle documentation and processing of customer refunds.
• Interface with other areas in order to resolve customer issues.
• Great problem solving and oral and written communication skills.
• Team player and flexible and the ability to assist with other Administrative tasks.
• Must be able to travel to other offices/event venues up to 3 weeks per year.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Sports Marketing
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and internet research skills.
