Experience:
2–5 years

Location / Work Model
- Primarily remote.
- On-demand onsite presence may be required depending on business needs.
- Candidates based in Austin/Intuit/Deloitte locations or surrounding areas are advised in case onsite presence is required.
- Intuit will provide product training.
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with strong Customer Success Management capability, excellent client management and relationship-building skills, and bookkeeping/finance knowledge.
The ideal candidate should have a balanced profile across Customer Success, customer relationship management, and finance/bookkeeping understanding. The candidate should be highly proactive, demonstrate strong ownership, and be comfortable managing a large customer portfolio.
Each CSM will be mapped to approximately 150 customers/end clients, making strong portfolio management and customer engagement skills important.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a customer portfolio of approximately 150 customers/end clients.
- Proactively connect with clients/customers rather than waiting for queues or instructions.
- Build and manage strong customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities and help drive account growth.
- Resolve client issues.
- Take ownership of the assigned customer portfolio.
- Handle bookkeeping and finance-related activities.
- 2–5 years of experience.
- Strong Customer Success Management / customer-facing experience.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with bookkeeping.
- Proactive approach and ownership mindset.
- Strong portfolio management and customer engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
