- Contribute to projects from schematic design (SD) through construction documentation (CD), helping to maintain continuity and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Incorporate multifamily residential design considerations such as unit layouts, code constraints, and typical coordination requirements into project deliverables.

- Work on affordable housing and other multifamily project types, supporting zoning and code-related documentation as needed.
- Balance multiple active projects in a fast-paced, production-driven environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of technical execution.
- Take direction from leadership and team members, translating feedback into clear, well-executed drawings and documents.
- Communicate effectively within a small team setting, contributing to a collaborative, responsive, and reliable work culture.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation to support a stable, consistent project pipeline.

- Strong communication skills suited to a small, highly collaborative team environment.
- Ability to take direction, prioritize tasks, and execute work efficiently and accurately.
