As a Project Architectural Designer/Project Architect at H2M architects + engineers, you work alongside your design team, solve problems, coordinate design details, and support the team effort in preparing architectural design drawings and specifications from schematic design to construction documents. Our work environment includes a first-class office with the latest CAD, Revit, and BIM tools, on-site fieldwork, and the client’s project location.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project teams and work on a variety of projects from design through construction administration.
- Generate and manage the development of architectural design and project drawings.
- Interface/coordinate architecture and engineering disciplines to develop and execute architectural design concepts.
- Function as a project lead and designer to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Manage client interaction and teamwork with other disciplines.
Education & Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience as an Architect or Architectural Designer (Architectural license highly desired).
- Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited institution.
- Ability to independently define/detail architectural concepts and perform limited code review and program analysis.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.

- The salary range is $75,000to $110,000 annually.
