Learning & Enablement Manager

Location: White Plains, NY (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Pay Rate: $40/hour on W2 (No Benefits)

Duration: 6-Month Contract

We are looking for a Learning & Enablement Manager to help build and promote a strong learning culture that drives continuous growth and employee engagement across the organization.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote learning programs and initiatives
• Create engaging and informative content to drive participation and awareness
• Utilize communication channels such as intranet, email, and social media to encourage personal and professional development
• Track and analyze campaign effectiveness to improve engagement
• Design and implement learning rituals and routines that integrate learning into daily work life
• Encourage participation through gamification, challenges, and recognition programs
• Lead and manage learning projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify enterprise learning needs
• Ensure projects align with business strategy and deliver measurable outcomes
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Marketing, or related role
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Experience with gamification and engagement strategies
• Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in Learning and Development
