• Planning and distribution of discipline‑specific work; adherence to schedule and budget on projects.
• Assisting in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Assisting with development of scope of work and level of effort for projects and/or assignments within discipline.
• Overseeing completeness and accuracy of project team’s work within the technical discipline and guiding/mentoring team to overall project objectives.
• Coordinating technical aspects of project with client counterpart and teaming partners at staff level for work within discipline.
• Working closely with other disciplines on multi‑discipline projects.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience.
• PhD in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience.

• Understanding the impacts of decisions on technical design and work planning.
• Coordinating work planning and design effectively across multiple technical disciplines.
• Preparing high‑quality deliverables that are on time, within budget and scope.

• NYSDOT, MTA and PANYNJ project experience.
• Design‑Build experience.
• 8 years relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification in NY and/or NJ.
