Must have 5+ years of building operations experience, CFC certification in high pressure discipline, and reliable transportation for after-hours emergencies. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems; keeping logs; coordinating with contractors and tenants; and ensuring safety and operation of the site.
