Fountain Life Member Experience Specialist What is the opportunity?

The Fountain Life Member Experience Specialist reports to the Center Director. They act as the face of Fountain Life and are responsible for delivering the 21st century experience our clients expect from our revolutionary practice. This role involves over delivering to provide an exceptional experience in the Center, ensuring clients leave with a clear understanding of the next steps in their journey.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, addressing inquiries and processing payments, consistently exceeding expectations with a surprise & delight approach.
• Prepare suites (clothes, table settings, TV agendas, etc.)
• Order food, prepare, and deliver to suites
• Set and clear suites of dishes, water, and coffee
• Reset suites at the end of day
• Review schedules to create agendas (TVs) for arriving clients
• Check out at the end of day to collect payment on outstanding balances
• Answer phones and forward messages to appropriate people
• Provide a memorable and special experience for clients on testing day, ensuring satisfaction
• Maximize client satisfaction and operational efficiency by clearly explaining next steps and setting expectations
• Safeguard client rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
• Support senior management in showcasing Fountain Life’s vision by ensuring the facility meets high cleanliness and presentation standards, greeting arriving clients in the lobby

• Monitor inventory, update system with counts, and resupply as needed
• Generate purchase orders and ensure fulfillment
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues, applying metrics when possible
• Set up new vendors in accounting and payments systems
• Assist Care team as needed
• Arrange client transportation

• A self-starter with the ability to multitask successfully
• Able to prepare coffee and other food and beverage offerings for clients
• Capacity to maintain a calm and enthusiastic demeanor
• Have a passion for health, wellness and self-improvement
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Must be reliable and aligned with Fountain Life’s common vision

• Prior experience working in a medical clinic environment and/or hospitality industry
