Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are looking for someone who will work closely with departments across the business to increase a company’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial and business planning.

• Partner with the Director of FP&A to develop medium- and long-term financial and business strategies
• Build financial models to support growth planning and key business decisions
• Analyze financial and operational results, with a strong focus on retail profitability, revenue, pricing, and cost of goods sold
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor performance, and business results to department heads and leadership
• Utilize business intelligence tools to deliver meaningful, actionable reporting

• Lead Retail Open-to-Buy and assortment planning
• Provide detailed financial analysis and variance reporting for the Buying team
• Lead weekly buying budget and inventory planning meetings
• Develop and monitor KPIs for quarterly and annual retail performance
• Partner with IT to enhance reporting and improve operational efficiency

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and streamline processes
• Develop ROI-based business cases for new initiatives and investments
• Oversee international purchasing and direct importing activities, including vendor management and logistics coordination
• Support company-wide budgeting, forecasting, system testing, and ad hoc analysis

• 4+ years of relevant industry and analytical experience, including product and purchasing knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills (including macros) and strong proficiency with ERP systems and SQL databases
• Experience using BI and reporting tools with strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
