About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Credit Oversight to lead and execute thorough examinations evaluating the credit and financial strength of our borrowers. You will play a key role in ensuring that internal ratings and credit exposure levels are aligned with the highest industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting ongoing monitoring of credit portfolios and documenting your findings.
- Communicating insights and reports to management and the Audit Committee of the Board.
- Preparing detailed work papers and ensuring compliance with documentation standards and risk mitigants.
- Reviewing and analyzing credit exposure across various sectors, including project finance, infrastructure finance, and municipal finance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in credit analysis and risk management, along with the ability to interpret complex financial data to provide strategic recommendations. A successful track record in credit portfolio assessment, attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.
