Senior Financial Analyst

The client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in a hybrid capacity based in New York. This role supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate business performance, improve reporting processes, and help guide key initiatives that support growth, efficiency, and long-term financial objectives.

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Sales and Marketing, supporting strategic decisions that drive revenue growth across a diverse product portfolio.
• Lead Net Revenue Management analytics, including trade spend oversight, pricing analysis, promotional ROI, and customer profitability to support sustainable margin improvement.
• Drive commercial performance through forecasting, variance analysis, and data-driven insights that strengthen financial discipline and decision-making.
• Support strategic pricing initiatives, price-pack architecture, and competitive benchmarking to optimize revenue mix and identify growth opportunities.
• Champion process improvements and standardization by building scalable financial workflows and leveraging advanced tools to enhance reporting and insights.

• 2+ years of progressive experience.
• B.A./B.S. in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Direct experience in Sales Finance;
  Brand Finance is a plus in CPG or Food Industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics 365, SAP.
