As FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic financial plans, providing insightful analysis, and driving informed decision-making.
Responsibilities- Develop accurate and detailed financial forecasts, including sales, profit, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial/Operations/Marketing) to drive business growth and profitability.
- Partner with the marketing team to analyze the return on ad spend, identifying opportunities for optimization to drive consumption and brand share growth.
- Develop and analyze metrics to assess brand and customer profitability, including market share, pricing, and cost structure.
- Support decision making for strategic initiatives, corporate development, and other special projects
- BS in Business/Accounting or related degree
- 5 + years of professional experience (2-3 years of CPG FP&A experienced preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Ability to take the initiative and work well with peers, managers and leadership to achieve needed customer goals
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g. Tableau, et)
- Strong proficiency in excel, including vlookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling
- Excellent mathematical, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Sense of ownership and accountability
- Self-directed/motivated
- Flexible and adaptable
- Willingness to roll up sleeves in order to ensure excellence in execution
