Accounts Payable Analyst

Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Payable team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to efficient financial operations and ensure accurate processing of payments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst

Location:White Plains, NY

Pay Range: $35/HR W2

What's the Job?

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Manage and resolve discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable transactions
• Assist with vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Ensure timely payments and proper documentation for audit purposes
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in accounts payable or related finance roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite
