Finance & Systems Analyst

International company is seeking a Finance & Systems Analyst to join its Accounting team in White Plains, NY.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys both financial analysis and systems/process improvement. The position will support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while also working closely with ERP and financial reporting systems, including SAP S/4

HANA and JEDOX.

The company is looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across departments, especially with Sales and Accounting teams.

• Support monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and budget planning
• Assist Sales team with submission of forecast and budget data, including sales, purchases, rebates, and expenses
• Analyze actual results versus forecast and budget and identify variances
• Prepare monthly cost center and profit center reports for management
• Support quarterly financial reporting to the parent company
• Reconcile data between SAP and JEDOX reporting systems
• Train and support internal users on JEDOX reporting tools
• Troubleshoot reporting/system issues and assist with testing new features
• Create ad hoc financial and management reports as needed
• Participate in digitalization and process improvement projects, including expense management systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, or finance systems
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience with JEDOX, financial planning software, or BI/reporting tools
• Experience supporting budgeting/forecasting processes
• Interest in process improvement and systems optimization
