Job Summary

The Revenue & Pricing Analyst role based in White Plains, NY involves performing advanced data analysis and financial interpretation to support revenue optimization and pricing strategies within the utility industry. The analyst will utilize strong skills in Power BI and Microsoft Excel to analyze market data, utility tariffs, and financial information, providing actionable insights to the team.

• Analyze financial, marketing, and utility tariff data to support pricing and revenue strategies.
• Perform statistical and quantitative analysis using advanced Excel functions and Power BI tools.
• Interpret data related to the utility industry and NYISO market to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to anticipate issues and propose effective solutions.
• Present complex concepts clearly to peers and stakeholders.
• Link and import data from various sources including Excel, CSV, and Access databases for comprehensive analysis.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables/charts, vlookup, match, offset, and data linking.
• Basic knowledge of the utility industry and NYISO market.
• Intermediate understanding of economics, finance, and accounting concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math, or related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of directly relevant analytical experience.

• MBA or other graduate degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of utility revenue, pricing, and market analysis experience.

• Excel proficiency will be tested during the interview process.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment is essential.

• Position duration is 12 months with possible extension.
