We are partnering with a leading, global product development and manufacturing organization to find a highly skilled Manager of FP&A. In this high-visibility role, you will serve as a pillar for the division's core FP&A activities, driving financial performance reporting, KPI tracking, and robust financial forecasting.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between complex financial systems and strategic business operations, translating data into actionable insights that support cross-functional decision-making.
Key Responsibilities & Essential FunctionsAs a critical member of the divisional finance team, you will collaborate closely with the Division Controller, as well as leadership across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Support the financial performance analysis of diverse business segments; collaborate with operational teams to develop annual financial plans and short-term forecasts.
- Compile and distribute comprehensive P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting utilizing local business systems; track critical KPIs to optimize overall division financial performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations to advance net margin improvements and cost leadership objectives.
- Support GAAP and SOX requirements through diligent oversight of key controls and financial statement integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- 6 to 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and/or management accounting.
- Prior experience supporting a dynamic product development and/or manufacturing organization is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Strong proficiency with major ERP systems
- Advanced technical FP&A skillset with a proven ability to translate raw data into strategic insights.
