A day in the lifeAs our Corporate Financial Analyst on the MMA National Finance team, you will lead the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts for all MMA National departments. You will prepare and distribute monthly financial performance materials to MMA National stakeholders, analyze variances to prior periods, budget and/or forecast as needed, and approve expenditures for the MMA National departments. You will work with Marsh corporate, Marsh Tech and Marsh Risk to coordinate intercompany charges and allocations to MMA.
You will also lead the compilation and communication of MMA National allocated expenses to our regional operations as part of the annual budget process.
We would love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Undergraduate degree in business
- 3 to 5 years experience in a dynamic, fast‑moving finance position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple work streams
- Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Oracle EPM or other database‑driven applications
- Ability to interact with senior level executives on a frequent basis
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Undergraduate major in accounting or finance

The applicable base salary range for this role is $69,400 to $121,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
