Part Time Branch Ambassador

• Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing
• Maintain accuracy and comply with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
• Identify client personal or business goals and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions
• Greet customers and provide hospitality-focused service throughout the branch
• Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius and occasionally assist other regional locations
• Adapt to flexible, business-driven schedule adjustments
• Attend required training sessions, potentially outside the primary shift
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Ability to attend all required training sessions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move/stand for extended periods
• Regular and consistent attendance
• Associate’s degree (Preferred Qualifications)
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (Preferred Qualifications)
  Proficient in G-Suite (Preferred Qualifications)
• Strong written and oral communication skills (Preferred Qualifications)
