This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Day Services, based in White Plains, NY. The Director of Day Services will join a creative and dynamic team and oversee the planning, development, and management of multiple Day Habilitation program locations in Westchester County that support 80+ individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, providing leadership to a team, maintaining high-quality program standards, and addressing the needs of individuals and their families.

The Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure programs meet the needs of participants and their families
• Demonstrated Team Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and build strong teams
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and best practices in services for individuals with developmental disabilities
• Excellent writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; advanced degree is a plus
