An established healthcare organization is seeking a Direct Hire MRI Technologist to join an outpatient imaging team. This is a part‑time, day‑shift opportunity offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long‑term stability.
- Role: MRI Technologist
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Hours: Approximately 37.5 hours/week
- Benefits: Full suite of benefits and retirement plan
- Perform routine and selected special MRI procedures.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging exams.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment.
- Assist radiologists as needed.
- Ensure compliance with MRI safety standards.
- Provide high‑quality patient care and customer service.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuing education.
- Graduate of an accredited radiography school or hospital‑based program.
- ARRT certification required (ARMRIT accepted with ARRT MR certification within 1 year of hire).
- BLS certification (AHA) required or within 90 days of hire.
- MRI Safety Certification Level 2 (required annually).
- IV certification preferred (or within 6 months of orientation).
- Must meet continuing education requirements (24 ECE credits every 2 years).
