We are hiring a Logistics Associate for a contract opportunity supporting clinical and non-clinical operations in a Healthcare Environment.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on operational work, inventory coordination, and supply support in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain supply and inventory levels across clinical and non-clinical areas
- Count, track, and replenish stock based on established par levels
- Order supplies using inventory management systems
- Deliver and stock supplies, linen, and equipment in designated areas
- Monitor backorders, overstock, and fast-moving items
- Coordinate with facilities, safety, and vendor teams
- Ensure supply rooms, carts, exam rooms, and patient areas remain fully stocked
- Follow safety and storage guidelines for regulated products
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with physical stocking and movement tasks
- Able to work in cold or food-handling environments when needed
- Strong reliability and attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or clinical settings
- Inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience
