Job Title: Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – $21/hr – Per Diem
Location: White Plains, NY (Southern Westchester County)
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible Day Shifts (6–12 Hours) | Per Diem

Affirmed Home Care is currently hiring experienced Certified Home Health Aides for per diem assignments in White Plains and throughout Southern Westchester County.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care and hygiene support

• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate (required)
• Minimum 1 year of professional HHA experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or Quanti
  
  FERON test within 1 year, or chest X‑ray within 5 years
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
