Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Housekeeping Houseperson, you'll lead and support the housekeeping team to ensure our guest rooms and public areas are consistently clean, safe, and welcoming. You'll play a hands-on role in maintaining service standards, supporting your team, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day

• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants; may include delivering supplies to room attendants
• Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash
• Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors. Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors
• Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned by the Housekeeping Houseperson
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
• A hands-on, team-first attitude and the ability to jump in when needed
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable using cleaning products and working in a fast-paced environment
