Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead the Housekeeping and Engineering operations of our luxury hotel in Westchester County, NY. This dynamic leader will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, property condition, preventive maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency. The Director of Facilities will play a critical role in protecting the hotel’s physical assets, enhancing the guest experience, and fostering a culture of service, quality, safety, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for the Housekeeping and Engineering departments.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, mechanical systems, and exterior areas consistently meet luxury hotel, company, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and promptly address cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and presentation concerns.
• Oversee the hotel’s preventive maintenance program, including guest rooms, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, kitchen, laundry, pool, spa, and life-safety systems.
