As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands‑on Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations.

Position Overview

This is a full‑time, in‑person HR role responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced, service‑based environment.

The HR Generalist will manage recruiting efforts, coordinate onboarding and compliance documentation, assist with payroll processes, and serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accountability, and building strong internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for hourly and operational roles
  • Screen candidates and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and compliance
  • Support payroll processing, timecard review, and reconciliations
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with employee relations and policy communication
  • Ensure consistent HR processes and follow‑through
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions and principles, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in HR Management processes, including workforce planning and performance management.
  • Knowledge and application of HR Policies in compliance with labor laws and organizational requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including health plans, retirement savings, and leave policies.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and related digital tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related HR role.
