Project Overview
We are seeking dynamic and versatile contingent workers to join our HR department for a period up to 9 months. In this role, you will be supporting an I-9 audit and working on digitizing our files. The role will report to the HRBP & DEI teams and also assist with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Assist with audits and compliance reviews
- Scan various documents and upload to/design appropriate repository
- Support the HRBP team with ad hoc administrative tasks & reporting requests as needed.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS) is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels. Work with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Clear understanding of Content/ Records Management systems. Basic understanding of library systems. Understanding taxonomy/metadata. Experience with Content Server or other established records management systems.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a HR role with experience completing I-9 forms.
