Short Intro and About the Job

The Associate Manager, Digital Platforms & Search Strategy reports to the Manager, Digital Ecosystems & Capabilities and supports the execution of Danone's Digital Ecosystem Roadmap. This role leads organic search (SEO & GEO) strategy execution, manages optimizations and transformations of brand and enterprise websites, and enables cross‑functional teams and agency partners through clear processes and insights. Success in this role is measured by improvements in brand discoverability, site health, content quality, and the operational excellence of Danone's Digital Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Danone's organic search execution across SEO, GEO, and emerging AI‑driven discovery.
  • Lead brand and agency partners in planning, delivering, and optimizing organic search initiatives aligned to the Digital Ecosystem Roadmap.
  • Translate internal and industry insights into optimizations for brand, content, and platform teams.
  • Monitor owned and competitive performance, search trends, and AI‑driven discovery signals to inform enterprise strategies.
  • Lead ongoing brand and enterprise website optimizations, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, quality assurance, and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Manage technical SEO and platform enhancement projects including platform migrations, template rollouts, page builds, and issue remediation with IT and agency partners.
  • Scale Digital Ecosystem execution by creating actionable processes, clear governance frameworks, and upholding quality standards.
  • Influence cross‑functional alignment around Digital Ecosystem advancements with brand, digital commerce, IT, insights, sales, and external partners.
  • Support the creation and adoption of Digital Ecosystem playbooks, operating models, and training in best practices for modern brand and product discovery.
  • Partner with Digital Shelf, Ecosystem, & Capabilities team members to advance digital capabilities and content that live in Digital Ecosystem.
  • Manage program budgets, including agency scopes, value forecasting, and performance‑based investments.

This position is hybrid and can be based in either White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO.

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience.   • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).
  • Experience with SEO tools including GSC, GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and CMS platforms.
