The Disability Guys is a law firm focused on Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability (SSD). Our Sales/Intake team—our “Ability Advocates”—guides potential clients from first contact to signed case with clarity, care, and speed.

• Conduct empathetic intake calls; assess case fit for Workers’ Comp and SSD
• Convert qualified leads into signed clients while meeting monthly targets
• Manage leads/follow-ups and track metrics in our CRM (Lead Docket)
• Coordinate referrals when appropriate; maintain accurate notes and tasks
• Share trends and insights with the team in daily/weekly huddles

• Strong monthly conversion rate and signed-case volume
• Consistent client satisfaction (think: 5-star experience)
• Training completed within your first 90 days; ongoing coaching thereafter

• Experience in intake, sales, customer support, or consultative roles (legal/medical a plus)
• Excellent communication, active listening, and follow-through
• CRM familiarity (Lead Docket a plus) and comfort with fast-paced, goal-driven work
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Associate Degree
