This is a hybrid contract opportunity based in White Plains, NY, supporting a technology business management function within a financial services environment. The role offers exposure to senior technology and business stakeholders, recurring executive-level deliverables, and multiple concurrent work streams.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Support technology business management activities across planning, reporting, presentation development, and execution tracking.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint materials and business updates for technology leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage multiple assignments at once while keeping deliverables organized, accurate, and on schedule.
- Partner with technology, business management, finance, and operational teams to gather inputs and drive follow-through.
- Translate technology-related information into clear, executive-ready materials and status updates.
- Help improve visibility into technology initiatives, priorities, risks, and business management activities.
Are you an experienced technology business management professional ready to make an impact?
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in technology business management, program coordination, business operations, or a similar technology-facing business role.
- Prior experience in a financial institution is strongly preferred.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related productivity platforms.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments.
- Solid understanding of the technology landscape and how technology teams operate within a business environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
