Location: City of White Plains
CHOICE of NY in White Plains seeks a community outreach advocate to grow the agency’s client base by building relationships with hospitals, shelters, clinics, and partner organizations. You will meet one-on-one with individuals in need, assess eligibility for CHOICE services, and guide enrollment to stable, recovery-centered support.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree (Associates accepted with experience). Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
