Trademark Paralegal

Overview

Work Schedule: Hybrid (On-Site / Remote)

Salary Range: $55,000 – $95,000 annually

A top-tier Intellectual Property is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trademark Paralegal to support its Trademark & Copyright Practice Group. This role involves direct client interaction and hands-on management of domestic and international trademark matters.

• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, Statements of Use, renewals, assignments, and related prosecution documents with the USPTO
• Coordinate and manage foreign trademark filings and maintenance with international counsel
• Communicate with clients, foreign counsel, and government offices regarding trademark matters
• Maintain and organize electronic matter files and ensure accurate database recordkeeping
• Report maintenance deadlines, filing details, office actions, registration and publication updates to clients
• Support trademark-related projects within the practice group

• Paralegal certification and/or college degree preferred
• 3+ years of trademark experience in a law firm or in-house environment preferred (highly motivated candidates with less experience will be considered)
• Experience with USPTO filings and trademark prosecution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
