Cornell Grace, P.C. is a growing boutique law firm specializing in construction litigation, New York State Labor Law, and insurance coverage. Our clients include municipalities, prominent construction companies, and various insurers. We are committed to providing the highest quality legal representation while maintaining the hands‑on personal service of a boutique firm.

We are seeking to hire 2-3 associate attorneys, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in insurance defense within New York State courts. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter, eager to learn from and work with supervising attorneys, values flexibility, and thrives in an environment free from micromanagement.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice law in New York State.
• 1-2 years of experience in insurance defense within NYS courts.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle instructions and work compatibly with supervising attorneys.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
