- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands/responses, and legal memoranda.
- Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation
- 2-5+ years of commercial litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a deadline-driven environment.
- The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$185,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
