Our client, a renowned Civil Litigation Defense firm that specializes in Insurance Defense, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their exceptional team in White Plains, New York.

We are looking to hire an associate for our professional liability and employment liability insurance defense practices.

We are looking for:

2+ years of insurance defense experience (reporting to insurance carriers, billing hours, basic litigation practice experience such as drafting answers, discovery demands/requests, depositions, motions, etc.).

This is a hybrid role.

Our firm represents a diverse portfolio of domestic and international insurance carriers, as well as high-profile private clients, across a broad range of complex legal matters. We are seeking motivated associates to join our team and work alongside experienced lead attorneys on all phases of litigation.

• Contribute to case evaluation and strategic reporting
• Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Engage in hands-on litigation with a focus on strategic thinking to meet client objectives

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance defense litigation and general familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is preferred.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
