Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense Litigation

Location: White Plains, NY (100% in-office)

A well-established and highly regarded insurance defense litigation firm located in the heart of White Plains are currently seeking a disciplined, trial-ready Associate Attorney to join their growing team.

This is a full-time, in-person position for an experienced litigator capable of hit-the-ground-running. You will have full autonomy over a dedicated caseload of 60–65 active files, managing matters from initial inception through to trial or final disposition.

• Drafting and arguing complex motions and appeals.
• Conducting and defending depositions of parties, experts and medical professionals.
• Representing clients in court appearances, mediations and arbitrations.
• Developing and executing comprehensive litigation strategies.
• Providing regular, detailed reporting to insurance carriers and clients.

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated insurance defense litigation experience.
• Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York (New Jersey admission is a plus).
• Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload independently. Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills are essential.
• This role requires a consistent, 5-day-a-week physical presence in their White Plains office.
