Senior Sourcing Manager, Manufacturing Services & Energy

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field of study

* Professional certification in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Project Management is a plus.

* Must have 7+ years of related experience in Procurement or Supply Chain

* Experience in in CPG company or related dairy experience preferred

* Experience sourcing industrial, manufacturing, MRO, maintenance, utilities, energy, or indirect services categories.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional, multi-cultural, matrix environment.

* Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and lead change by engaging people.

* Thorough understanding of contractual terms and conditions.

* Proactively anticipates issues/opportunities & can work through multiple simultaneous projects prioritizing competing objectives appropriately.

* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

* Dispute resolution and claims management experience.

* Proactively communicate with management and all key stakeholders.

* Strong analytical skillset (i.e., expert/advanced proficiency within Microsoft suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

* Rigorous data analysis capability and financial acumen.

* Build and manage dashboards and communicate these to internal stakeholders and senior level leadership.

* Strong desire to achieve results.

* 2+ years people management skills. (Direct reports)

* Travel up to 20%
