Key Responsibilities for the Procurement Manager

• Lead supplier negotiations, contract compliance, and vendor performance management.
• Coach and support purchasing team members while overseeing daily procurement activities.
• Monitor supply chain risks, inventory performance, and key operational metrics.
• Partner with Planning, Operations, Quality, and Finance to ensure material availability and operational success.

Qualifications for the Procurement Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with supplier negotiations, procurement operations, and supply chain performance management.
• Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, OSHA requirements, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
