Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Shop Helper/Operational Support person to join our team in White Plains, NY. In this role, you will support the shop/operations team by organizing inventory, staging materials, receiving, deliveries, helping field techs. This is a critical role to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Receive shipments, unpack, check in, sort and store materials.
- Pull / pick materials and tools for jobs; kit up job packs.
- Load / unload vans; assist with delivering supplies to job sites.
- Assist with general shop tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physically fit: lifting, climbing, standing for long periods.
- Reliable, punctual, strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for deliveries).
- Prior experience in warehouse, receiving, or construction trade shop.
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and inventory tracking.
