Winn Companies is seeking a Live On-Site Maintenance Supervisor II for Schuyler-Dekalb Apartments, a 167-unit affordable community in White Plains, NY. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure safe, well-maintained buildings, manage preventive maintenance and vendor activities, and supervise repairs of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
The role follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with on-call duties for after-hours emergencies.
