A skilled nursing facility in White Plains is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee building operations, maintenance, and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to ensure efficient facility operations and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience
Responsibilities- Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff and coordinate outside contractors.
- Oversee housekeeping operations, cleanliness, and facility inspections.
- Manage maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
- Prior maintenance leadership experience; skilled nursing or healthcare experience required
. - Housekeeping management experience is a major plus.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety, and preventative maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
